GAGG （Gd3Al2Ga3O12 (Ce)) GAGG scintillator has high light output, high energy resolution and high density among oxide scintillators. GAGG has no hygroscopic and no self radiation nature. 3-inch-diameter GAGG bulk single crystal is available now.

HR-GAGG （High Energy Resolution Gd3(Al,Ga)5O12(Ce) ) HR-GAGG is GAGG based scintillator with highest energy resolution among oxide. HR-GAGG scintillator has also high light output and high density. HR-GAGG has no hygroscopic and no self radiation nature. 2-inch-diameter HR-GAGG bulk single crystal is available now.

GFAG （Gadolinium fine aluminum gallate） GFAG scintillator has significantly faster decay time and timing resolution than that of GAGG. GFAG has also high energy resolution, high light output, and high density. Moreover, GFAG has no hygroscopic and self radiation nature. 2-inch-diameter GFAG bulk single crystal is available now.

La-GPS(Ce) La-GPS(Ce) scintillator has high light output, energy resolution and fast decay time among oxide scintillators. Moreover, the light out put remained high enough up to 150C. La-GPS(Ce) has no hygroscopic nature. Now, it is available to grow La-GPS(Ce) bulk single crystal with 2-inch-diameter.

SrI2(Eu) SrI2(Eu) scintillator has excellent light output and energy resolution among all scintillators. Compared with NaI(Tl), SrI2(Eu) has higher gamma-ray stopping power by approximately two times. Moreover, SrI2(Eu) has quite-small intrinsic gamma-ray background. Now, it is available to grow SrI2(Eu) bulk single crystal with 2-inch-diameter.
