LYSO(Ce) array is an essential component used in Positron Emission Tomography(PET) facility, included the whole body, small animal and specific organ like brain, thyroid and breast. Dimensions of BGO crystal array and pixel are customized based on request, gap between each pixel is generally set at 0.1 mm, while the Barium Sulfate(BaSO4) was used as separator with excellent reflection, by which photons, excited by gamma rays, can hardly across it into the neighboring pixel, ensure the minimized cross-talk.

CsI(Tl)arrays have been widely used in X-ray security inspection systems, we design and develop the pixelated CsI(tl) crystal in reflection coating, the Titanium dioxide(TiO2) is used as the reflector/separator between each single element, the configuration can be linear, 2 dimensional array or other special design, with high resolution and high sensitive properties to achieve excellent imaging quality.

CdWO4 array has wide applications, it’s extremely low afterglow property is of great importance of fast inspection, especially in the cargo container of customs, while in the X-CT equipment due to its relatively high light output, high density and strong prevention of X-ray property, also in the high energy physics because of its strong anti-radiation.
