PIM-MINI-200

The PIM-Mini-200 pulsed laser diode driver packs a lot in a small casing: 25 A to 200 A current output, rise and fall times below 8 µs, pulse widths of 25 to 250 µs, forward voltage from 0 V to 48 V, and pulse repetition rate from single shot to 20 Hz. Use the PIM-Mini to drive laser diodes, bars, arrays, or any low-impedance load.

The PIM-Mini’s output current can be set manually with a potentiometer or using an external analog voltage. The input trigger signal controls the pulse width. They can be powered by a single DC voltage anywhere from 12 V to 60 V, depending on the compliance voltage needed.
